凯翔负责微众银行的多个产品的智能客服系统,例如微粒贷,微业贷,微车贷等。
凯翔在SIGKDD,IJCAI,AAAI等顶级人工智能会议发表了论文,他还是AAAI,IJCAI和ACML等顶级人工智能会议的审稿人。
凯翔在香港科技大学计算机与工程系获得了博士学位,他的导师是杨强教授。 凯翔是中山大学计算机系本科毕业生。
凯翔获得了2012年诺基亚移动数据大赛的用户属性预测任务的世界冠军。
工作经验
带领团队设计,实施并上线了智能培训机器人项目,该机器人可以让新员工更迅速地熟悉工作话术,减少新人培训时间。
带领团队竞标,设计,实施并交付了多个智能客服系统项目,包括中国人民银行清算总中心接入组智能客服项目,深圳金融办智能信访助手项目,前海金融办智能信访助手项目等。
负责微众银行智能客服系统技术和算法开发,该智能客服系统正在24小时支持微众银行的各个产品,例如微粒贷,微业贷,微车贷等。 现在这些产品90%以上的消息由智能客服系统自动回复,减少了人工坐席90%的工作量。
负责微众银行Saas云上智能客服系统技术和算法开发,该系统正在服务包括长虹电器,上饶银行,宝生村镇银行等第三方合伙伙伴。
设计并开发上线了多轮任务型对话系统模块。 设计了任务半自动化配置系统,该系统可以根据用户提供的多个同类对话的样例,半自动化挖掘填充任务型对话场景的配置,用户只需确认,无需枚举,降低了多轮对话任务配置的难度。
带领团队设计,实施并上线了“小薇同学”智能实体机器人,该机器人可以接待客户和员工,主持会议,在微众生态园职场内上下电梯导航带路,问答公司常识,唱歌,播放宣传视频等。 “小薇同学”智能实体机器人项目提升了微众银行的科技形象。
